The Poison Spyder fairlead is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum. The design incorporates recessed bolt holes to keep the bolt heads from obstructing with winchline during operation. A smooth radius fairlead inlet guides your synthetic winchrope without fraying. And the aluminum efficiently dissipates heat generated by friction during hard use to keep from damaging the winchline due to excessive heat.
Poison Spyder's aluminum fairleads have a satin black powdercoat finish. Other manufacturers' fairleads are anodized, a process that can fade over time, especially in direct sunlight where your fairlead will spend most of its time. Powdercoat is more resistant to weathering and fading. The Poison Spyder Customs logo is cut into the fairlead after the powdercoat process for great looks. The final cut of the winchrope radius is also done after powdercoating to ensure optimum performance for your synthetic winchline. Fairleads are shipped in a complete kit with stainless steel button head hardware and install instructions.

The Poison Spyder Winch Fairlead Mount is an easy way to mount a winch fairlead on bumpers and winch plates that don't already have an integrated fairlead mount. CNC laser cut and precision brakeformed from 3/16" plate steel, the Winch Fairlead Mount provides a strong mounting point for your roller or Hawse fairlead. It comes powdercoated black, and it is easily installed by bolting it in between the winch and bumper or winch plate. It uses the 10" X 4-1/2" bolt pattern that is common to most Warn winches except 8274, and many other winch brands as well. The fairlead mounting bolt pattern is the common 10" bolt spread, to work with the Poison Spyder Aluminum Hawse Fairlead or just about any other Warn or aftermarket roller or Hawse fairlead. Note that installation may require longer winch mounting bolts (not included) to compensate for the 3/16" thickness of the Mount.
