Crusher Flares are a sturdy addition to your Jeep's Crusher Corners.(Image 1) Flares are constructed from 1.5" X .120 wall tubing, with an 1/8" plate fender support. Crusher Flares add a coverage extension that can be hit, slid-on and help to keep your trail rigs tire coverage legal. Furthermore, Crusher Flares are a great compliment to Jeeps using Poison Spyder tube fenders both in function and aesthetics. (Image 2)

Jeep Crusher flares are 3" wide. A 6" wide version will be available in the near future (call for availability). The 3" width matches the factory flare coverage (Image 3), where the 6" wide flares cater to the Jeep that needs additional coverage due to wider tires or axles. The 6" Crusher flare is shown (Image 4) complimented by Poison Spyder tube fenders with 6" flare.

Competition Cut Crusher Corners are available with a 3" Flare to aid in providing tire coverage.(Image 5) 6" Flare is not available on Competition Cut Corners. Comp Cut Flare is shown (Image 6) pre-welded onto a corner-the price listed below are flares only- for complete Comp Cut corners with flares see our Crusher Corner page.

* Flares are a weld on component, to be welded on Poison Spyder Crusher corners only. Flares are not designed to be attached in any form to the Jeep body tub without the installation of Crusher Corners.
* It is not recommended that Crusher Flares be welded to Crusher Corners while corners are still attached to Jeep, this type of procedure may cause damage to paint or fire.
* Crusher Flares are for rear corner armor only, they are not intended for front factory fenders or additions to Poison Spyder Tube Fender kits.
